REFUND POLICY
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you must contact us at hello@accessorizepets.shop first. Please do not send items back without contacting us, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted. We will provide you with return authorization and specific instructions based on your item and situation.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used, including:
- Pet grooming tools and accessories that have been used
- Electronic pet trackers that have been activated or registered
- Items that have come into contact with pets for hygiene reasons
We also do not accept returns for:
- Personalized or custom-ordered items
- Sale items or clearance products
- Gift cards
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not as described, please contact us at hello@accessorizepets.shop within 30 days and we will make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without justification, as required by EU consumer protection law. Your item must be in the same condition as received - unused, with original packaging and tags intact. You will need your receipt or proof of purchase.
